Stephen Fry And Elliott Spencer Forced To Cut Honeymoon Short Following Homophobic Abuse

Stephen Fry and Elliott Spencer after tying the knot earlier this year, could not be happier as they embarked on their romantic honeymoon adventure around the world.However, the newlyweds were forced to cut part of their holiday short, with Elliott since revealing that this was due to them experiencing homophobic abuse.

It appears that things took a turn for the worse when they arrived in Honduras, which is a Central America country next to Guatemala.

Although homosexuality is not a crime in Honduras, which is an incredibly catholic country, gay marriage is banned, and Elliott explained: "We had a problem when we visited Honduras on holiday.

"It was homophobia. I don't want to go into detail, but we had to leave."
