Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge’s Post-Baby Weight Loss Secret Revealed


Kate Middleton has snapped back into shape six weeks after giving birth to Princess Charlotte.

How did she do it?

Just six weeks after giving birth to Princess Charlotte, the Duchess of Cambridge showed no hint of a baby bump in her laid-back outfit, consisting of fitted striped tee and skinny jeans.

Catherine, 33, is reportedly paying ‘a lot of money’ for the London-based personal trainer, who’s popular with A-listers and fellow royals.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who gave birth to Princess Charlotte on May 2, speaks to her trainer on the phone every day and they meet up for weekly workouts – although it’s not known whether she has to endure burpees and bear crawls like the rest of us.

Her diet consists mainly of organic fruit and veg, as well as lean meat, although the food is reportedly ‘very elegant' (which apparently means it tastes like restaurant food!).

The report states that Kate’s trainer, who has not been named, was brought on board during her second pregnancy.

It’s thought that the mother-of-two will breastfeed her daughter, as she did with Prince George, which will also help ditch the pounds.
