We are currently looking for a 1 Year Site Engineering Supervisor for our Gulf business.

Job Position: 1 Year Site Engineering Supervisor
Reports to: Site Engineering Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Main Purpose of the Role
To manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site. Pillar Leader for PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets
• Manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site
• Support innovation delivery as part of regional network
• Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.
• Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.
• Work collaboratively with Factory Management Team to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste
• Using WCM Professional Maintenance as systematic approach to manage Maintenance activities in the plant
• Supporting other WCM pillars in their systematic and Focused approaches ( Kaizens)
Relevant Experience
• Maintenance and Engineering Experience
• WCM knowledge and experience is a plus
